Loctite 573 is a product of the flange sealant line of Henkel – Loctite, specialized in sealing tight metal surfaces (hard flanges).
🔹 Basic information about Loctite 573:
Glue form: liquid glue, green.
Main applications:
Sealing hard, non-deformable metal surfaces (steel, cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel…).
Used for flanges, machine covers, gearboxes, pumps, engine bodies…
Replacing paper and rubber gaskets in parts with small gaps.
Characteristics:
Solidifies when in contact with metal in an anaerobic environment.
Medium viscosity → easy to apply.
Ability to fill gaps up to 0.25 mm.
Heat resistant from -55°C to +150°C.
Withstands pressure, vibration well, prevents oil, water, solvent leakage.
Surface drying time: 20 – 30 minutes.
Complete curing: about 24 hours.
Specification: 50 ml, 250 ml tube.
