⚙️ Uses
Prevents self-loosening due to vibration, load on bolts and screws.
Works well even when the surface is lightly oily (difference compared to Loctite 242).
Protect threads from rust and corrosion.

📝 Instructions for use
Prepare threads
Clean with degreasing solvent (Loctite 7063/7070 or acetone).
If there is still light oil → Loctite 243 still works well.
Apply glue
Drop a few drops of glue on the male thread (screw/bolt) or female thread (threaded hole).
Just cover 2-3 turns of thread evenly, do not apply too much.
Insert and tighten
Tighten to standard torque.
The glue will cure in the absence of air (anaerobic environment) and metal contact.
Curing time
5 – 15 minutes: surface dry (can move slightly).
1 – 3 hours: reach working strength.
24 hours: fully cured.
Remove when necessary
Use conventional hand tools.
If difficult to remove, heat to ~180 °C and remove.

Effective even on oily surfaces.
Can be easily removed and re-installed when maintenance is needed.
