Loctite 263 Threadlocker. This is a high strength threadlocker designed to securely fix bolts, nuts, and screws in environments with strong vibrations and heavy loads.

📝 Instructions for use
Surface preparation
Clean the threads with a degreasing solvent (Loctite 7063, 7070 or acetone).
If there is still light grease → Loctite 263 still works well.
How to use
Shake the glue bottle well.
Drop the glue on the male thread (bolt) or female thread (threaded hole), cover 2-3 turns of the thread evenly.
Insert and tighten according to the standard tightening torque.
Curing time
5 – 15 minutes: surface is dry (can move slightly).
1 – 3 hours: reaches working strength.
24 hours: fully cured.
🔧 Remove when needed
Due to very high locking force → almost permanent bond.
If removal is required:
Heat the thread area to ~250 °C.
Use mechanical tools to remove.
