Loctite 277 is a very high strength threadlocker (High Strength Threadlocker – Red), specially used for large bolts and screws (up to M80) in heavy load, strong vibration applications.

📝 Instructions for use
Surface preparation
Clean bolts and threaded holes with solvent (Loctite 7063, 7070 or acetone).
Make sure the surface is dry and free of grease.
How to use
Shake the bottle well before use.
Drop the glue on the male thread (bolt) or female thread (threaded hole).
Assemble and tighten according to standard torque.
Curing time
15 – 30 minutes: start fixing.
1 – 3 hours: reach working strength.
24 hours: fully cured.
🔧 How to remove
Because the locking force is very high, it is very difficult to remove:
Heat the threaded area to about 250 °C.
Use a mechanical tool to remove.
