Loctite 567 is an anaerobic thread sealant, similar to Loctite 565 but more specifically designed for threaded pipe systems exposed to harsh environments.
🔹 Information about Loctite 567:
Form: Creamy liquid glue, ivory white.
Features:
Seals metal pipe threads, especially effective with stainless steel (inox) and other passive metals.
Withstands temperatures from -55°C to +200°C (higher than Loctite 565).
Withstands high pressure, prevents leakage of oil, gas, water, fuel, solvents.
Works well for large threads (large diameter threaded pipes).
Does not crack plastic, rubber, PTFE or non-metallic materials when in contact.
Good lubrication, helps tighten threads easily.
Initial drying time: ~20 minutes on steel.

Seal oil, gas, compressed air, water, chemical pipelines.
Pipeline systems in chemical plants, oil and gas, heavy industry.
Threaded joints made of stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum.
Replace PTFE tape in high temperature & pressure environments.
